Arianna McKnight

Arianna is the daughter of Jamaican immigrants and a 2026 graduate of the University of Chicago, where she majored in Biology and minored in Religious Studies on the pre-medical track.

She hopes to pursue pediatrics or family medicine, and more recently, has felt a growing call toward ministry. Before heading to medical school, she'll be using her gap year to intentionally explore these passions and seek God’s direction for what’s next.

She's excited to be working with Poema in campus ministry—mentoring students, engaging in evangelism, and helping coordinate faith-centered events. She will also be serving as a pastoral assistant at the Vineyard Church of Hyde Park, and is eager to learn what it means to lead, serve, and love the community well.
